StockSabha ("we", "us") runs the website stocksabha.co.in and the app at app.stocksabha.co.in. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: sabhastock@gmail.com.

What We Collect

• Account details: your first and last name, email address and mobile number.
• Sign-in details: your password, stored only as a one-way hash. If you turn on an authenticator app, its secret is stored encrypted. If you use Continue With Google, we receive your Google account's name, email address and account number, and nothing else from Google.
• Activity on your account: sign-ins, changes to your account and settings, with the time they happened, so you and administrators can see what changed.
• Your settings and lists: your watchlist, your trading settings and your paper-trading records.
• Broker accounts you add: the broker's API key and secret and the daily access token, all stored encrypted, used only to show your own funds, positions and holdings. We never place real orders.
• Technical records: the server keeps short-lived logs with your IP address and the pages requested, to keep the service running and secure.

How We Use It

• To create your account, sign you in and keep it secure.
• To send you sign-in and account emails, such as confirmation and password reset codes.
• To show the pages and data your plan includes.
• To find and fix problems with the service.

We do not sell your data, show advertising or share your data for marketing.

Cookies

We use only the cookies sign-in needs: one that keeps you signed in, and short-lived ones during sign-in with Google or an authenticator code. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

Who Else Handles Data

• Google Cloud hosts the service on servers in Mumbai, India.
• Google, only if you choose Continue With Google.
• Your broker (for example Upstox), only for broker accounts you add yourself.
• Our email provider, to deliver account emails.

We may share data where the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your account data while your account exists. Backups are kept for up to seven days. Server logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.

Your Choices

• See and change your profile and settings on the Account page.
• Remove broker accounts you added at any time.
• Ask us to correct or delete your account and data by writing to sabhastock@gmail.com.

Security

Data travels over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, and secrets such as broker keys and authenticator codes are encrypted. Administrative access is limited to the owner.

Children

StockSabha is not meant for anyone under 18.
